Operating With Outcomes
Read outcome health, graphs, corrections, and suggested proposals.
Outcomes are team-scoped target states derived from the top goal, with a target, horizon, and accountable owner.
An outcome includes a name, summary, health state, funnel stage, owners, target value, target date, suggested action, skip-risk, and goal connection.
Health states are accelerating, steady, and stalling. In triage, prioritize primary stalling outcomes with high signal volume.
Use outcome detail to check ownership, blockers, decision support, 8-week health history, next move, risk, linked decisions, linked outcomes, and owner context.
The graph shows dependencies, blockers, competition, and support paths. Wrong links usually mean stale signals, duplicate outcomes, or an outcome that should be split.
Corrections let you rename, edit summaries, reclassify area, override health, replace suggested action, split, merge, and archive outcomes.
